I have a considerable amount of customer interest in a "HOT" accompaniment for cold meats ect that was advertised on an afternoon cooking programme a few weeks ago. I was told that the recipe was one created by a well know television chief and was produced mainly using "Scotch bonnet" Chillies.
Always up for a challenge (as my regular customers know) I have produced a "Savoury Jam" based on Tomato and Scotch Bonnet Chillies with added spices and Balsamic Vinegar which I believe will appeal to the majority of customers who like a very HOT relish with their meats.
This new product will be available for purchase at Harbourne FM from the 11th April and from our stand at the 2009 Chester Food & Drink Festival which will be held from the 11th - 13th April at Chester Racecourse.
