We have been selling Freshley Smoked Applewood Garlic Bulbs for some time now at Farmers Markets & Show we have been attending during 2008. 3 weeks ago a valued customer asked us if we smoked Red Chilli and Root Ginger as they had found some of this in France last year while on holiday.
Always up for a challenge we smoked some large Red Chillies and Root Ginger and to our supplise sold out at last weeks Farmers Market.
